What we do
One noodle, eaten from both ends.
Noodell does three things. Flow shows where your team's time goes. Reach finds you more of your best clients. Build sits in the middle: the projects that come out of either one. Here's what each does, and how they fit together.
Flow and Reach are the two ends. Each one is a parent system that keeps running in the background. Build is what gets made off the back of them, one fixed-price project at a time.
Noodell Flow: where the time goes
Flow is software for mapping how your business actually runs. Each process is laid out step by step: who does it, how long it takes, how often, and where it waits. Flow puts an hourly cost on every step, so you can see in pounds what each process costs a year and which steps add nothing.
You and your team do the mapping, guided, and we add our analysis to each map. It isn't a one-off workshop: the maps stay live, so when a process changes the numbers change with it. Your first process is free and the first four steps take about ten minutes. Pricing after that is on the Flow pricing page.
You end up with: every process you care about, costed, in one place, and a ranked list of where the waste is.
Noodell Reach: where the clients come from
Reach is lead generation built around who your best clients already are. It starts with a diagnostic of the clients you serve well, uses AI to find more businesses like them wherever they actually are, then runs the outreach and qualification and hands you back warm conversations.
Like Flow, Reach runs on one system rather than a pile of spreadsheets. It holds your best-client profile, the sources being searched, and every prospect with where they're up to. We run it; you can see it whenever you like. No set-up costs, no monthly retainer with us, no minimum term.
You end up with: a clear picture of who you should be selling to, and a steady supply of people who already know who you are.
Noodell Build: the middle that joins them
Build is the project work. Flow and Reach each find something worth fixing, and Build fixes it: automation and AI on the systems you already use, at a fixed price agreed before anything starts.
Off the back of Flow, a Build project takes the waste out of a process you've mapped: systems that finally talk to each other, re-keying that stops, reports that build themselves. Off the back of Reach, it makes sure more clients doesn't mean more admin: enquiries straight into your CRM, quotes drafted from the first call, onboarding that runs itself.
You end up with: the change itself, built and running, with the saving measured against the map you started from.
How they feed each other
Each one makes the next one worth doing.
- Flow shows where the hours go.A process that eats eleven hours a week, costed, with the waste steps marked.
- Build takes the waste out. Those hours come back to the team, and the map shows the saving.
- Reach fills the time. The freed-up hours go on new clients, not on looking busy.
- Build handles the growth.More clients puts pressure on the same processes, so the next project keeps admin flat as the work grows.
- Flow keeps score. The maps stay live, so you can see the next bottleneck before the team feels it.
There's no fixed running order. Saving time with nothing to fill it changes nothing on the bottom line, and winning clients you can't serve is worse. Most clients start with whichever problem is louder and pick up the other end later.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Do I have to buy all three?
No. Flow and Reach each work on their own. Build needs a starting point, which is a Flow map or a Reach profile, and your first Flow process is free, so that doesn't add a cost.
Which should I start with?
Whichever problem is louder. If the team is drowning, start with Flow. If the diary is empty, start with Reach. If you already know exactly what you want built, start with a conversation about Build.
Is this going to mean cutting staff?
No. The point of freeing up time is to fill it with better work, which is why Reach exists. If the only saving on the table is somebody's job, we're the wrong people to call. More on AI without job cuts.
Where do you work?
Across the UK. Noodell is based in Scotland; sessions happen in person where being in the room helps, and on a call the rest of the time.
Not sure which end to start at?
That's most people. Twenty minutes on a call and we'll work it out.
