Noodell Build
Your intelligence, amplified.
Build is the project work in the middle. Once Flow has shown where your team's hours go, or Reach has shown where your best clients come from, Build designs the fix and builds it: automation and AI on the systems you already use. Fixed price, one project at a time.
Where Build sits
The part that joins both ends.
Flow and Reach each find something worth fixing. Build is how it gets fixed. Every Build project starts from one or the other, so there's always a measured before and after.
Off the back of Flow
Take the waste out of a process
Flow has mapped the process and put a cost on every step. Build redesigns it and automates the steps that shouldn't need a person. Typical projects: invoices and timesheets that stop being re-keyed, systems that finally talk to each other, the weekly report that builds itself, approvals that stop waiting in someone's inbox.
Off the back of Reach
Handle the new work without new admin
Reach has worked out who your best clients are and started finding more. Build makes sure the extra work doesn't drown the team. Typical projects: enquiries landing straight in your CRM, quotes drafted from the first call, onboarding that runs itself, follow-ups that go out on time, and a clear view of which sources bring the clients worth having.
How a project runs
What happens in a Build project?
Three stages, in order. Each one ends with something you keep, whether or not you carry on to the next.
01 · Illuminate
What AI can actually do for you
A jargon-free session with the people who run the work. What AI is genuinely good at today, what it isn't, and where it fits in a business like yours. Skipped if you've already been there.
02 · Reimagine
The better version, costed
Starting from the Flow map or the Reach profile, each step redesigned and the case written out: today against the redesign, in hours and pounds, with the working shown. You see the saving before you pay for the build.
03 · Build
Built, running, handed over
Connecting the tools you already have through their APIs, with AI where it earns its place. Every change gets an owner and a date, and the map in Flow is updated so the saving is tracked, not just promised.
What do I get at the end?
The automation itself, built and running, plus the redesigned process with the saving worked out in hours and pounds. Every change has an owner and a date. Optional support afterwards, if you want it.
The map is not the deliverable. Plenty of consultants leave you with sticky notes on brown paper; Build is judged on whether the process actually runs differently a month later.
Do I need Flow or Reach first?
You need a starting point, and one of them is it. If you come to Build with a project already in mind, the first thing we do is map that process in Flow, usually in an hour with the people who run it. That map is what the saving is measured against.
Your first process in Flow is free, so this doesn't add a cost. You can do the first four steps yourself in ten minutes.
Who is Build for?
Service businesses across the UK, roughly five to two hundred people, where capable staff spend a lot of the week on work beneath them: re-keying, chasing, copying between systems, building the same report by hand. Accountancies, agencies, construction and professional services are typical.
Why start with a map rather than an AI tool?
Because you can't automate what nobody has written down, and you can't prove a saving you never measured. Mapping first shows where the hours actually go, which steps add value, and which could disappear. Then the AI goes where it pays, not where it's fashionable.
The average person loses 4 hours 38 minutes a week to duplicated work (Clockify, 2025), and only 15% of organisations have mature process management (BOC Group). More on the numbers page.
Does Build mean cutting staff?
No. Build gives people their time back and points it at work that matters. If the only saving on the table is somebody's job, I'll say so, and I'm the wrong person to call. The full stance is on AI without job cuts.
The freed-up time needs somewhere to go. That's what Reach is for: the other end of the noodle.

FAQ
Questions people ask
What is Noodell Build?
Build is Noodell's project service: the automation and AI work that comes out of a Flow process map or a Reach client profile. It runs in three stages, Illuminate, Reimagine and Build, and ends with the waste taken out of a real process, mostly on the systems you already pay for.
How much does Build cost?
A fixed price per project, agreed before any work starts, for a defined output. You know the number up front and it doesn't creep. The price depends on how many processes, systems and people are involved, so the first conversation is about scope, and it's free.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most of the waste sits between the systems you already own, not inside them. Build connects those first and only suggests something new when nothing you have can do the job.
How is Build different from Flow?
Flow is the tool that shows you the problem: every process mapped, with hours and pounds on each step. Build is the project that fixes it. You can use Flow on its own for as long as you like; Build is there when you want something changed rather than measured.
