The short version
Three and a half years in a digital marketing agency, working with everything from start-ups up to multinationals. Then a year and a half subcontracting to an AI consultancy, delivering plans and pilots to more than fifteen SMEs through public sector grant programmes, from first discovery session to a working tool.
Joint honours in Business Analysis and Technology and Marketing at the University of Strathclyde. Noodell came out of noticing the same thing in nearly every one of those engagements: the process was never written down, so nobody could say what it cost, so nothing ever got fixed properly.

The first session is usually an hour with the people who actually run the process, not just the people who manage it. We map it live on screen, with real times and real costs, and you keep that map whether you work with me afterwards or not.
