Noodell Reach

Find better clients. Charge what you're worth.

The other end of the noodle. Reach works out who your best clients really are, uses AI to find more of them, and hands them back warm. Based in Scotland, working across the UK.

How it works

How does Reach find the right clients?

Three steps. The first is the one most agencies skip, and it's the one that decides whether the rest works.

01 · Diagnose

Who you should be selling to

A target-market diagnostic built from the clients you already serve well: who pays on time, stays longest, refers others and is worth the most a year. That becomes the brief.

02 · Find

AI finds more of them

AI searches wherever your right people actually are: Meta, LinkedIn and Companies House as examples, trade registers, industry bodies, review platforms or procurement portals where they fit better.

03 · Hand back

Warm leads, not lists

Noodell runs the outreach and the qualification. You get a conversation with someone who already knows who you are and why you got in touch.

What does Reach run on?

One system, the same way Flow is one system for your processes. It holds your best-client profile, the sources being searched, and every prospect with where they're up to. You can see it whenever you like; you don't have to run it.

That matters for two reasons. You always know what's happening without chasing anyone for an update, and the profile gets sharper as real conversations come back, so month three finds better people than month one.

What is AI lead generation?

AI lead generation uses AI to research, match and qualify potential clients at a scale and precision one person can't manage by hand. Done well, it starts from your best existing clients and finds lookalikes. Done badly, it buys a list and sprays it. Reach does the first.

Who is Reach best for?

Service businesses where one client is worth a meaningful sum each year, or where the model is a subscription or membership and lifetime value is the real prize. Accountancies, consultancies, agencies, trades with maintenance contracts, gyms and clubs are typical fits.

Some engagements go back to basics: a modest ad budget behind well-directed campaigns, built on branded content you already have. If that's what will work for you, I'll say so plainly rather than sell you something clever.

How is Reach paid for?

No set-up costs, no monthly retainer with us, and no minimum term. The commercial model is agreed with each client before anything starts, because what works for a firm winning three big contracts a year is different from one selling memberships.

Where does Build come in?

More clients means more work running through the same processes. Build is the project work that stops the extra volume turning into extra admin: enquiries going straight into your CRM, quotes drafted from the first call, onboarding that runs itself, follow-ups that go out on time.

It works the other way too. If the team is already stretched, Flow shows where the hours are going and Build frees some up first, so the new clients have somewhere to land.

Why does lead generation sit next to process mapping?

Saving time is only half of it. If the hours you free up have nothing to fill them, nothing changes on the bottom line. Flow and Build create the capacity; Reach fills it. You can start at either end, or halfway, and many clients end up with all three. How it fits together.

Or, as the strapline puts it: chompin' away, from both ends.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is Noodell Reach?

Reach is Noodell's AI lead generation service for service businesses. It starts by working out who you should be selling to, then uses AI to find more businesses like them, and hands you back warm leads who already know who you are.

Are there set-up fees or a retainer?

No set-up costs, no monthly retainer with us, and no minimum term. How it's paid for is agreed before anything starts, in writing, so there are no surprises.

Where do the prospects come from?

Wherever your right clients actually are. Meta, LinkedIn and Companies House are common, but trade registers, industry bodies, review platforms and procurement portals are all fair game. The sources are picked for you, not from a fixed list.

Do I need Flow or Build to use Reach?

No. Plenty of businesses start with Reach because winning clients is the pressing problem. Flow and Build are there for when the extra work starts to stretch the team.

Where do you work?

Anywhere in the UK. Noodell is based in Scotland, and Reach runs just as well for a firm in Bristol as one in Aberdeen.
